Chinese Lanterns

I took an over-priced stroll through the Missouri Botanical Garden last night to check out the 2012 Chinese Lantern Festival. Tickets are a whopping $22, which in my opinion, was about twelve bucks too much considering the lights are only on for two hours and you spend a good portion of that time in line to buy tickets. Ten bucks admission and I wouldn’t be complaining, but $22? Sheesh. Anyway, it was fun to see all the lanterns, drink some Chinese beer and walk around in the dark for a while. Here are a few snapshots from the excursion.
